Services</strong>\nTezasSolar provides solar energy system design, installation, and maintenance services. All services are subject to site survey and feasibility assessment.\n\n<strong>3. Pricing & Payment</strong>\nQuoted prices are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. EMI options are subject to financing partner approval.\n\n<strong>4. Warranty</strong>\nSolar panels carry a 25-year performance warranty and 10-year product warranty. Inverters carry a 10-year warranty. Installation warranty is 5 years.\n\n<strong>5. Subsidy</strong>\nGovernment subsidy is subject to eligibility criteria and approval by relevant authorities. TezasSolar does not guarantee subsidy approval.\n\n<strong>6. Limitation of Liability</strong>\nTezasSolar's liability is limited to the value of the services contracted. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.\n\n<strong>7. Dispute Resolution</strong>\nAny disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
