3. Services

TEZAS ENTERPRISES provides solar energy consultation, system design, supply of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and accessories), installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. All services are subject to site survey, technical feasibility assessment, and availability of required materials. Any estimate, quotation, or proposal provided is an offer and becomes a binding contract only upon your written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of the advance payment.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
• Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement or invoice. A partial advance may be required to confirm an order or project booking.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, or through our payment gateway (Razorpay) using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
• EMI / financing options, if offered, are subject to approval by the financing partner and their terms apply.
• Government subsidies, if any, are adjusted as per the prevailing scheme and are subject to approval and disbursement by the relevant authorities.

5. Orders, Delivery and Installation

• Dispatch and installation timelines are indicative and subject to product availability, weather, and site conditions.
• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery at the site. Installation of equipment connected to the grid must be completed by authorised personnel.
• You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the installation site, including structural suitability, electrical connection points, and any necessary permissions.
• Any delay caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, power outages, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control) shall extend performance timelines without liability.

6. Warranty

• Solar Panels: Product warranty as specified by the manufacturer (typically 10-15 years) and performance warranty of 25 years (typically guaranteeing output at or above the specified degradation curve).
• Inverters: Warranty as specified by the manufacturer, typically 5-10 years.
• Batteries: Warranty as specified by the manufacturer, typically 3-5 years.
• Installation Workmanship: TEZAS ENTERPRISES warrants its installation workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of commissioning.
• Warranties are valid only for products installed by authorised personnel and are void if the product is tampered with, misused, altered, or installed improperly by a third party.

7. Subsidies and Incentives

Government subsidy and incentive schemes (including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and state-level schemes) are administered by the respective government authorities. Your eligibility is determined by the scheme's criteria. TEZAS ENTERPRISES assists with documentation and applications but does not guarantee approval or disbursement of any subsidy. Any subsidy amount shown is indicative and subject to final government approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and underlying code, is the property of TEZAS ENTERPRISES or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
